CONTINUING EDUCATION

Looking to expand his furniture-making skills, Justin spent the Spring 2009 Semester in North County San Diego enrolled in the Woodworking Department at Palomar College studying design and finishing. He received the Apollo Sprayers Scholarship for first year students, the San Diego Fine Woodworkers Association Scholarship for excellence in woodworking, and took first place in the student show at the San Diego County Fair.

In the spring of 2010, his second semester in the program, Justin worked as a teaching assistant and took classes in turning and bending-lamination.

Brandon first attended Anderson Ranch Art School in Snowmass back in the summer of 2002. Recognizing the need to improve on his drawing skills, he enrolled in a design class at the school. Seven years later, in the summer of 2009, Brandon returned to Anderson Ranch on scholarship for a week long intensive study in wood turning.
